It's a ....

I've always thought I would be the kind of person that wouldn't want to find out the gender of my baby since it would be such a fun surprise, but since we've been prepping for baby, I'm finding it REALLY, REALLY hard to not buy baby things. When we found out, there was a little one coming, we decided to find out the gender. Several weeks ago we had our big scan, and we were ready to know if it was going to be bows or ties. 

We went in first thing in the morning,  and we didn't want to find out and then have to work all day. Also, even though the lady there was lovely, we didn't want to find out in front of others. Soo.... we had her put the results into a little envelope which was carefully sealed so that neither one of us could open it without the other one knowing until the end of the day. 

I don't know how I managed not to rip it right open when we got out of the room, but I managed some self-control (can't say that about online shopping though since we found out!). 

There it is!!! BOY OR GIRL!?

We rushed home giddy with excitement. Took this quick picture and ripped it open.... 

And... It's a GIRL!!
