Happy Pancake Day!
Also known as Shrove Tuesday which historically has a lot to do with sins and Catholics and repentance. Essentially, it's preparing yourself and your family for Lent- similar to the French's Mardi Gras- ie...stuff your face with delicious foods today cause you're suppose to be fasting for the next 40 days.
