Happy Arthur Day!

Major celebrations in Dublin today for Guinness's 250th birthday...People are leaving work early to attend events and everything (Quite like St. Patty's Day over here). I've actually got dance class (plus can't drink before my big run) so I'm going to pass on celebrating Guinness (plus I don't really like it.....shhhhhhhh!!! Don't tell my Irish friends!)

But cheers! To Arther!

Hi. My husband and I are making a trip to Dublin in Feb.2010. We've never been so I'm looking for the best way to go about things. We want to see all the must sees. But don't want to be totally touristy. Any ideas?

Hi!

To be honest, the Dublin on-off bus tour is one of the best to help you see all the sights! I know it's rather touristy, but it helps you navigate the city really well.

Generally, I recommend giving Dublin about 1 day and a half. I promise, you'll see everything! Then taking a couple overnight trips to Galway, Belfast, etc. Let me know if you have other questions!
